Building a Social Business
There is a dimension for capitalism which can be called "social business." The social business model has been adopted by corporations, entrepreneurs, and social activists across the globe. Its goal is to create self-supporting, viable commercial enterprises that generate economic growth as they produce goods and services to fulfill human needs. It may be interesting to explore how social business concepts can be put into practice and how might we leverage them to help build companies that as much about purpose as they are about profit.
