Impact. Story.

I am a User + Service Experience Designer & Entrepreneur who has worked with the data governance, education, cybersecurity, manufacturing, fintech, IT services, wellbeing, total quality management, ecommerce, travel technology, & automotive infotainment domains. As a designer, I have practiced and mentored on various aspects of UX research, modeling, design, prototyping, and validation. As an entrepreneur, I have been building high performance teams and scaling business relationships with global customers.
 
My professional interests revolve around UX research and the integration of design, psychology, business and now impact. I have worked on interaction design and designing for holistic, inclusive and sustainable service experiences which empower and help co-create value for all stakeholders of service ecosystems.
 
Some of my past projects with KPIT Technologies include designing in-vehicle-infotainment systems, mentoring teams for usability improvement of enterprise web applications, automotive diagnostic and configuration tools, advanced driver assistance systems etc. I have also trained batches of employees on user experience design methods.

With Tavisca Solutions (now acquired by JPMorgan Chase & Co.), I have worked on redesigning & building travel technology systems across areas like back office, ops transformation, traveller & guest facing apps to name a few. Design solutions to many other core use cases of the travel industry from a travel distribution perspective were also contributed to by me & the teams I worked with. I have also worked on mapping and modeling the industry ecosystem, design evangelism, training & mentoring tech teams to leverage design thinking & design ops and driving efficiencies with a metric-driven approach.

I have worked on creating a set of open-source design & development tools to optimize the creation of digital products and services. I have also been involved with product management and marketing functions in several of my previous roles and was responsible for leveraging design thinking to optimise technology enabled solutions, workflows, and delivery.

Thereafter, I had started and run a design studio + outsourced product development company called Locusnine which we scaled organically in a bootstrapped fashion to 50+ people in 3-4 years delivering value to customers globally across the US, India, Europe & Africa. I have since exited the firm & it has been acquired by one of our UK based fintech customers.

After a sabbatical I started a strategy + design + tech consulting business - levelworks.co - where we currently work equally across profit and purpose based projects. On the purpose front, I am passionate about education and job creation.  
 
I enjoy calisthenics, travel, live music, meditation, mountains, exploring culture, craft & the lovely food of planet earth.

I hold a bachelor's degree in electronics & master's degree in psychology.

I am an alumnus of the Army Institute of Technology, Pune.
